How these sizes are sourced

We only publish figures that a platform’s own help page states. Each page links to the help article, shows the date we read it and says which numbers the article gives and which ones are our arithmetic. When a platform does not publish a size, we do not publish one either.

Every resizer runs in your browser with the canvas API. Your image is never uploaded.

FAQ

Image size questions

Where do these image sizes come from?

From the help pages of the platforms themselves: YouTube Help, the Instagram Help Center, the Facebook Help Centre, LinkedIn Help and the Meta Business Help Centre. Each page lists its sources and the date we checked them.

Do the resizers upload my images?

No. They run in your browser and nothing is sent to Cascads or to any server.

Why is my platform not listed?

We list a format only when the platform’s own help pages publish its size. When a platform does not publish one, we leave it out rather than repeat figures from third-party sites.

Run every brand from one workspace

Cascads creates on-brand posts and videos, then lets you review, schedule and publish through connected channels, with every brand in one workspace.
