Clear rules for using Cascads.

Effective and last updated: 11 August 2026 · Version 2026-08-11

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cascads. Cascads is operated by Victor Laybats as part of the Ivryn product studio. By creating an account or using Cascads, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Cascads for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

1. The service

Cascads is a marketing workspace for brand profiling, content ideation, AI-assisted text and media generation, clipping, scheduling and publishing to supported third-party networks. Features, limits and the networks that allow automatic publishing may change as Cascads and third-party APIs evolve.

You choose what to generate, approve and publish. Cascads does not promise a particular audience, ranking, reach, engagement, revenue or business result.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and connected-service credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless they result from a breach controlled by Cascads.

Do not share access with people who are not authorised to act for the brands in your workspace.

3. Your inputs and generated content

You keep your rights in brand materials, instructions, uploads and other content you provide. You grant Cascads a limited permission to host, transform and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you request.

To the extent permitted by law, Cascads does not claim ownership of output generated for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for making sure that your inputs and published content are lawful, accurate and do not infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

AI and stock-media systems can produce mistakes, similarities or unsuitable material. Output may not be unique and must not be treated as professional legal, medical or financial advice.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorise Cascads to use the supplied credentials to perform the actions you request. Your use of Stripe, Anthropic, Pexels, Cloudflare Turnstile and each social network is also governed by that provider's terms.

When you use Cascads features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Cascads identifies the connected YouTube channel and acts only on the channel that you authorise. Before an upload, you remain responsible for choosing and confirming the video, title, description, public, private or unlisted visibility, and made-for-kids setting.

Cascads is not responsible for a third party changing its API, rejecting content, limiting an account, delaying a post or becoming unavailable. You remain responsible for complying with each network's rules and for reviewing posts after publication.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Cascads to:

  • create or publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive or malicious content;
  • impersonate someone, publish without the required rights or consent, or misrepresent automated content as a real person's endorsement;
  • send spam, manipulate engagement, evade platform rules or operate accounts you are not authorised to control;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, bypass credit limits or security controls, or expose credentials;
  • use the service or output in a way prohibited by an applicable AI or third-party provider policy.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Cascads does not offer a free plan or free production credits. A newly created account has no active brands, production credits or product access until a paid checkout is confirmed. Paid plans are monthly or annual recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. The current price, billing period, currency and plan are shown before checkout. Paid plans include a monthly production-credit allowance and a limit on active brands. The current fixed credit cost of each output is shown on the pricing and billing pages before use; scheduling and supported publishing do not consume credits.

After account creation, Cascads may present eligible accounts with introductory paid access before a recurring subscription begins. Eligibility, duration, allowance, initial charge, renewal price and renewal date are displayed in the authenticated product and confirmed again before the customer submits Stripe Checkout. Cascads sends a transactional reminder before the first recurring renewal. Cancelling through the billing portal before that date prevents the renewal.

Credits included in a paid plan reset at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over. Paid-access credits are a one-time allowance and do not renew. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases, remain available until used and are consumed only after the applicable included allowance. Cascads charges completed outputs only; credits reserved for failed or cancelled outputs are released.

Credits are tied to the Cascads account, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Deleting the account permanently removes any unused purchased-credit balance, subject to any refund or withdrawal right required by applicable law.

You can manage, change or cancel a subscription through the Stripe billing portal in Cascads. The portal shows the effective date and any price adjustment before confirmation. Deleting a Cascads account cancels its active subscription before local account data is removed.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Cascads issues a refund only for a duplicate charge, a billing error or substantial unavailability of the paid service. To request a review, contact support with the billing email and invoice reference. Nothing in these terms limits refund, withdrawal or other rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

7. Availability and changes

Cascads is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security incidents, resource limits and third-party outages can interrupt or delay jobs. Cascads may change or discontinue a feature, but will avoid taking away paid core functionality without reasonable notice where practicable.

Keep copies of irreplaceable source material. Cascads's export and deletion tools are described in the Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.

Affiliate programme: Founding 10 launch offer, effective 5 August 2026

The launch commission schedule below is reserved for the first ten distinct Cascads accounts whose affiliate activation is completed and accepted by the service. Creating a Cascads account, visiting the page or ticking the terms without a successful activation does not reserve a place. Once all ten places are assigned, Cascads may close enrolment or introduce a separate standard offer; no later account is entitled to the Founding 10 schedule. An accepted founding account may activate one personal referral link. The link records an opaque first-party referral code for 180 days. A referral is fixed when a new Cascads account is created; self-referrals, duplicate accounts and later reassignment are not eligible. Introductory paid access is not discountable. When the referred account starts a standard paid plan directly, the customer receives 30% off the first three paid months, or the published equivalent on annual billing.

Eligible subscription revenue starts at 40% for the first 12 months after the referred customer's first paid invoice, then continues at 10% on later renewals. The rate for future invoices rises to 45% then 15% after 5 distinct valid paying referrals, and to 50% then 20% after 20. “Lifetime” means later eligible renewals while the referred customer remains on a paid Cascads subscription, the affiliate account remains in good standing and the programme remains in force; it is not a guaranteed minimum term or customer lifetime. Tier changes apply prospectively and do not recalculate earlier invoices.

Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually collected after discounts and excluding tax, refunds, credits, chargebacks and fees that are not Cascads subscription revenue. Credit top-ups do not earn commission. Commission remains pending for 14 days. Available balances are paid only after they reach EUR 25 and after any identity, tax, invoice and payment information reasonably required for a lawful payout has been verified. A dashboard balance is a programme record, not a bank deposit. Refunds, disputes, duplicate webhook deliveries and fraud corrections may reduce or reverse unpaid commission; when the related commission was already paid, the reversed amount may be deducted transparently from a future payout.

You must describe Cascads accurately, clearly disclose the material affiliate relationship wherever required, and comply with advertising, privacy, email, platform and consumer-protection rules. You must not use spam, bought or misleading traffic, cookie stuffing, impersonation, false reviews, fabricated results, Cascads trademark bidding, deceptive domains, unauthorised incentives or claims that Cascads guarantees reach, revenue or business outcomes.

Cascads may review traffic and withhold or reverse commission reasonably linked to prohibited conduct, refunds or fraud. Programme terms or future rates may change with reasonable notice; already earned eligible commission will not be removed solely because the programme changes. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to bind Cascads.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Cascads and delete your account at any time. Cascads may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, respond to non-payment or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided.

9. Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascads is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost reach, third-party platform actions, or decisions based on generated output. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes and governing law

Material changes to these terms will be dated and presented with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory protections and the courts available to consumers under applicable law are not restricted.
