CASCADS

Workflow · review · evidence

Content automation with accountable inputs.

Cascads can assist production and coordination. A credible workflow still needs identifiable sources, a responsible reviewer and an explicit publishing decision.

1. Establish the source layer

A workspace should identify the product, audience, approved terminology, official URLs, restrictions and claims that can be supported. Operator input, public product pages and external sources should not be blended into an unattributed statement.

Time-sensitive information such as prices, platform rules, availability, law or performance requires a dated source and a re-check before publication.

2. Draft from a concrete brief

The brief defines the question, audience, intended action, required facts and prohibited claims. Assisted generation proposes drafts and variants. Each network version preserves the factual core while adapting length, opening, media requirements and link placement.

Repeated generic pages are not a substitute for expertise. If the system cannot produce a distinct and useful draft, the correct outcome is to skip publication.

3. Assign an accountable review

  • Check names, dates, prices, links and product capabilities against primary sources.
  • Remove unsupported superlatives, guarantees, testimonials and affiliations.
  • Check that media and message are authorised for the relevant account.
  • Keep disclosures and material limitations visible.
  • Record the version approved for publication.

An AI-assisted draft can accelerate preparation; it cannot be its own source or approve its own factual claims.

4. Respect platform publishing constraints

Scheduling and direct publication require an authenticated account connection and the relevant permission. Supported media, character limits and review requirements vary by network. Cascads makes the resulting state explicit: draft, awaiting approval, scheduled, published, failed or requiring manual action.

5. Measurement and case-study standard

Baseline

Define the previous workflow, period and observable bottleneck.

Change

Document which preparation, review or publishing steps Cascads handled.

Measures

Use metrics appropriate to the question, such as review time, error rate or scheduled-output completion.

Attribution limits

Separate correlation from causation and acknowledge campaign, audience and platform changes.

Cascads does not claim a customer outcome without permission, a defined measurement window and supporting records.

Reproducible engineering evidence

The publication contention study exposes its round-level data, source fingerprint, method and limitations. It tests a narrow at-most-once boundary on one host; it does not claim customer or platform outcomes.

For the product workflow around this boundary, see how Cascads handles multiple brands in one controlled workspace.
