Delete your account and workspace.

Delete from the app
- Log in to Cascads and open the account menu.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter the exact email address on the account and your current password.
- Confirm the permanent deletion.
If a video, carousel or clipping job is queued or running, Cascads pauses deletion so it does not leave partial files. Wait for the job to finish, then try again.
What deletion removes
Cascads first cancels an active Stripe subscription, if one exists. It then invalidates every login session and removes the account, brand profiles, schedules, text posts, content edits, publication history, encrypted social credentials, connected-channel identifiers, retrieved YouTube metrics, temporary uploads and generated media referenced by that workspace.
Encrypted backup copies expire automatically within seven days. Stripe and connected social networks may retain records they control under their own legal obligations and policies. Deleting Cascads does not delete an account or already-published post on a social network.
Disconnect YouTube or delete YouTube API Data
If you want to stop YouTube access without deleting your whole Cascads account, open the Cascads network settings and select Disconnect for YouTube. Cascads asks Google to revoke the token, immediately deletes the YouTube Authorized Data stored for that connection and stops future YouTube API access. If Google cannot confirm remote revocation, Cascads tells you to remove access through your Google security settings.
Cascads rechecks YouTube authorisations during daily maintenance. If a token revoked through Google can no longer be refreshed, Cascads deletes the associated YouTube Authorized Data as soon as detected and within seven calendar days of revocation.
To request deletion of YouTube-related publication records or metrics still stored by Cascads, email contact@cascads.com from the address attached to the account. A verified request is handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.
These actions affect data and authorisation held by Cascads. They do not delete a video or channel held by YouTube. Use YouTube itself if you also want to remove content from YouTube.
Export before deleting
The account menu offers a JSON export containing your account profile, subscription status, brand data, schedules, jobs, text posts, publishing history and content edits. Password hashes, sessions, API secrets and social access tokens are intentionally excluded.
Cannot access the account?
Email contact@cascads.com from the address attached to the account with the subject “Cascads account deletion”. Do not send your password or tokens. Identity verification may be required before deletion.
